If you are new to floating, here what you can expect…

Please come about 15 minutes early if possible. Once you arrive we will look over your waiver form (hopefully you have filled it out prior to your arrival) and answer any immediate questions. When it is time for your float one of our staff members will walk you through a short orientation with information about floating. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible experience, so please feel free to use this time to ask any remaining questions that you might have. After this brief walk through, you will shower in your private room. We ask you to be 100% clean prior to entering the pod. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear plugs, and ointment to cover up small scratches. Once this is done you will be able to step into the pod and experience complete relaxation.

We will let you know when your session is over via a quiet message over the intercom. Soon after you should slowly exit the pod. The shower is just outside the pod, but make sure you are as dry as possible so that you are not dripping with salt when you hop into the shower. Feel free to use the provided shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and lotions. Once you have showered and dressed, you are invited to take a little extra time to relax in our chill room. You can enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of filtered water or just sit in our hanging chair or lounge chairs and relax before going back into the “real” world. We encourage you to take all the time that you need to enjoy your post float glow.

Finally, we have found many first time floaters report that it took them up to 3 floats before they felt they were completely comfortable with the process and that they were receiving the full benefits of floating. Thus, we provide a number of different floating options that will allow you to schedule floats no more than one month apart and still keep the costs of each float reasonable.
